As 2014 draws to a close , another challenging year in business has reaffirmed many of the views that I have about my chosen field –  the promotional products industry.  Most importantly, it continues to be a heap of fun. Every day presents new challenges and as I turn my computer on around 7am every morning, you never know what is going to happen.  I have the pleasure of working for some truly great clients who have become friends.  We leave no stone unturned in ensuring that our clients get what they want and when they want it!

I have experienced the highs of having clients praise you for your professionalism after a job well done. Clients who are happy to trust your expertise and let you do the work, knowing that you will make their lives easier. On the flipside, there are the lows of investing valuable time and money in designing custom products and projects  that unscrupulous purchasing managers then go and show to “knock-off merchants” to get a better deal – all in the name of saving a buck. As day follows night, companies will continue to be under the misconception that behavior like that is acceptable.  Its not … simple!!

2015 will be no different and will bring a whole new set of exciting challenges for us all. Our goal is to continue to provide our clients with great quality (products that they will be proud to put their brand on) and unbeatable service (we don’t waiver on that one – ever) and to hunt for new and interesting ideas. Our main goal is to continue to have fun.  Nothing gives me more pleasure than showing a client a new idea and seeing their eyes light up knowing that the product will be perfect for their needs.

The Gear For Life range is superb and is the best quality and value line of items I have experienced in 25 years – its a credit to those guys at GFL – they have a great eye for product

Here was one job we did that came out wonderfully – a client happy to use a mix of colour – great to see.
